The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating; we had an early check-in. The breakfast selection was tasty with excellent croissants and also fresh-to-order items, for example.

Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were very slow.

The room is tastefully decorated and high quality and essentials you need, including a mini-bar, a balcony, and a main sleeping area, is right there. Rooftop restaurant on the premises is nice. The hotel provided a good customer service during our trip. The pool is nice...

As for me, the location is absolutely perfect and excellent, near many places. Plus, it's in Eixample district, near restaurants and Passeig de Gracia which is a great location to visit the key landmarks.

Inconsistent staff training!!! Misleading information on amenities!!! Room layouts could use better design clarity!!! High prices for dining options aren't justified by quality or portion size!!!

I regretfully found the check-in process to be overly slow and unfriendly. The junior suite was insufficient in space. It was disappointing that our honeymoon wasn't acknowledged with any special touches from the staff, aside from one helpful concierge member.

The city view from our Junior Suite was amazing. The staff tried their best to accommodate everyone's needs despite the challenges posed by the tour group.

We were disappointed by the large tour group that interrupted the boutique experience.

Just a fine choice for a brief stop-in in Barcelona with very nice value for money. The bell men were wonderful and attentive, making checking in a pleasant experience. Just make sure to have documentation for any past reservations to avoid uncomfortable situations.

We enjoyed spending time at the rooftop where we had breakfast with fine views. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh pastries and local specialties, which definitely. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions as a family.

My kids wished there was more noise insulation. They were disturbed by early morning street sounds.

The overall experience was amazing, but what really stood out was the Very nice service! Staff were great too. One downside was the noise from other rooms. Still, highly recommend 😊

The Monument offers an excellent location, perfectly situated for exploring Gaudí's architecture and enjoying nearby shopping and dining. My room was a modern, well-appointed Beautiful Room that provided a quiet and comfortable environment, great for restful nights. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and I particularly appreciated the ample breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with fine views of the city.

We had an amazing getaway with friends, exploring the fine Gaudí architecture and wandering through the vibrant streets. The rooftop breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely check out the rooftop bar for great views and amazing vibes.

The Junior Suite was amazing-super spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the layout. And the complimentary minibar was a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious too! Breakfast was a bit rushed on our last day because of a staff shortage. That could've been better. It was a great room experience.
